• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
• You may not share your account or course access keys with any other person. Single-seat licenses are strictly individual.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When you purchase a course on Bloomerio, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the course videos, downloadable items, and interactive sandbox environments.

This license is for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not distribute, resell, lease, stream public performances of, or commercially exploit any course materials without our explicit written consent.

Lifetime access guarantees that you will retain access to the course content as long as the platform is operational and we maintain licensing rights for the specific curriculum.

All content, branding, code templates, videos, transcripts, logos, and UI assets featured on the Bloomerio platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Bloomerio or its licensing instructors.

Any unauthorized copying, modifying, publishing, translating, or reverse engineering of our platform software or course materials is strictly prohibited and protected by global copyright and trademark laws.

Pricing for courses, bundles, and enterprise subscriptions is listed clearly on the platform. By initiating a purchase, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes.

• Payments are processed using certified secure third-party billing providers (e.g., Razorpay).
• You warrant that you are authorized to use the credit card or payment account provided.
• Billing errors or discrepancies must be reported to support within sixty (60) days of the transaction date.
• Refunds are governed separately by our Refund Policy.

To maintain a safe, welcoming, and productive learning community, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to promote unlawful acts.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other students, instructors, or staff.
• Upload or submit any malicious code, virus, malware, or spam within community forums or assignment portals.
• Employ automated scrapers, web spiders, or download bots to extract curriculum content in bulk.
• Cheat, plagiarize, or share exam answers/assessments with third parties.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account access to courses or community portals without notice or refund if:

• You violate any material term of these Terms & Conditions.
• You participate in prohibited behavior or cheat on assessments.
• We are required to do so to comply with legal authorities or court orders.

Suspended users are prohibited from creating new accounts on the platform under different names or credentials.

The platform and all course materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties that course components will meet your professional goals or be entirely error-free.

In no event shall Bloomerio, its directors, employees, or instructor partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access, our online education services.

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect via email or dynamic alerts on the dashboard.

By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
